Conflict Management at Madrasah

In carrying out their duties and responsibilities, they are always faced with various factors, such as differences in opinion from each functional duties. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation. The sources this study were the Head Madrasah one educator MTs Nur El-Ehsan Katibung South Lampung. Checking validity done by triangulating technique, namely a tester checking on same source but different techniques. From results study, it was found that implementation conflict management to solve any problems occur at Lampung, has been running. can be seen observation activities authors carried three indicators including planning, implementation, evaluation. However, have not run optimally because Lampung effectively efficiently
